How we handle your contact details

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we will store the data you have provided for six months in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website makes use of cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your terminal equipment via the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. They make it possible to recognise your browser on your next visit. Certain cookies are stored on your terminal equipment until you delete them. If you do not want this to happen, you can set up your browser so that it will inform you about the storage of cookies, which you can then allow on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit our website’s functionality.

Google Analytics

We use the Google Analytics web analysis service operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics makes use of cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the visitor’s use of this website is usually transmitted to one of Google’s servers in the USA and stored there.

Google will use such information in accordance with our processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR to evaluate the use of our website by visitors, to compile activity reports on our website and to provide us with other services relating to the use of this website and the Internet. The data processed make it possible to create pseudonymous user profiles.

We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymisation enabled. This means that Google will first truncate the visitor’s IP address in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of other signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transferred to one of Google’s servers in the USA and truncated there in exceptional cases. Google does not link the IP address transmitted by the visitor’s browser with any other data it holds.

The data processing takes place in order to improve our website using the anonymised data collected and as such is a legitimate interest (point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

Select the following checkbox if you would like to prevent the collection of data relating to your use of the website generated by the Google cookie and the processing of such data by Google. An opt-out cookie that prevents the collection of your data during future visits to this website will then be stored.

This website uses web fonts provided by Google so that fonts are displayed in a consistent manner. When you access any part of this website, your browser will load into its cache the web fonts needed to display text content and fonts properly. Your computer will use a default font if your browser does not support web fonts.

More information about Google web fonts is available at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Server log files

The log data will only be used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation and guaranteeing information security. If concrete evidence gives rise to reasonable grounds for suspecting unlawful use, the log data will be inspected subsequently. The data will be erased after 14 days.

The data processing takes place in order to guarantee information security and as such is a legitimate interest (point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR).
